2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Sharing account details with any third party is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

vd333 offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

  • Bonus funds may only be used on games approved on the platform.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Specific conditions regarding the validity period for bonus use will be mentioned in each promotion's description.
  • vd333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion, particularly if abuse of the bonus system is detected.

3.4 VIP Cashback

vd333's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Benefits increase as you move to a higher tier. The final decision regarding cashback payments rests with vd333.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

vd333 supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. It may take a little longer if a security verification process is underway.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the vd333 platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are operated according to specific rules. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game interface. If a round remains incomplete due to a technical error, vd333 will resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant rules.

5.2 Bet Placement Rules

5.3 Sports Betting

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using fraudulent payment methods or submitting chargebacks.

If any of the above conduct is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited. vd333 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by vd333

vd333 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If registration using false information is proven.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected.
  • If financial irregularities or illegal activity are suspected.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. An opportunity to withdraw all legitimately withdrawable funds will be provided before the account is closed. Contact the support team to request account closure.

7.3 Funds During Suspension

Legitimate funds are held in reserve while an account is suspended. If the account holder is proven innocent after the investigation is complete, the funds will be returned. If fault is proven in the investigation, the funds may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

vd333 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, vd333's liability is limited in the following matters:

  • If service is disrupted due to technical issues on the part of a third party.
  • If gameplay is affected due to an internet connection failure.
  • In the event of data loss due to an unexpected technical error.
